If you are new to Yoga please read our class descriptions and Yoga etiquette below.

All classes are 90 minutes. The studio is kept at 90 degrees plus. Please bring a towel and make sure to hydrate before, during, and after class.

Pricing

Below is our pricing structure for our classes. I you have any questions please contact us and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

$12 for 1 class
$50 for 5 classes *
$90 for 10 classes ^
$275 for 3 months (unlimited classes)

Yoga Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time, at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled. Settle in and become present in the room. If you do arrive late, prepare your stuff before you enter so you can be of little disruption.
  • Please remove your shoes and place them in a cubby in the reception area.
  • Please turn off cell phones & pagers.
  • Please avoid strong smelling fragrances.
  • Come hydrated and allow 2-3 hours for digestion after large meals.
  • Tell your teacher about any injuries, health conditions or pregnancy.
  • Be aware of the space around you and be mindful that “the place you are in now, God circled that place on his map just for you.”
  • Always practice at your own level. Never compare or compete – even with yourself. Learn to relax with what is…
  • Please stay through Savasana (final relaxation pose) it is an integral part of your practice. If you must leave early, notify the teacher before the start of class and be as courteous and quiet as possible when leaving.
  • Please pick up after yourself, put away all props and clean your space, mat and props.
  • Come with an open heart and mind, take your practice seriously but yourself lightly, and have fun!

 

Yoga Descriptions

Beginners Class: If you have never tried yoga and want to start this class is for you.  Also a great class for students wanting to learn basic alignment in the poses

Power Yoga Basics

Gain insight into the Baptiste system of Power Vinyasa Yoga through fundamental postures and appropriate modifications.  Flow at a slow pace and learn to try easy. Experience transformation, empowerment and learn acceptance at any level of practice.

*Great for beginners and all levels!

Power Vinyasa All Levels

An invigorating flow class of meditation in motion that will empower and transform you in body, mind and spirit.  Taught in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level.
*All levels welcome!

Yoga Basics All Levels

Explore foundational yoga postures with a focus on alignment and modifications.
*Excellent for beginners and those who want to gain deeper insight into their practice.

Yoga Intermediate

A skillfully sequenced vinyasa class where each posture builds upon another while allowing you to focus on alignment for greater precision in your practice.
*An understanding of Basic Yoga is recommended.

Gentle Yoga

Relax with slow flow postures and stretches.  Increases flexibility and joint function.
*Wonderful for all levels.

Slow Flow Restorative

This class will guide you deeply inward as you completely surrender into relaxation. Class begins with a slow flow to warm your body, open your joints and deepen your breath.  Restorative yoga postures are then integrated and held for 3 to 5 minutes while being supported by props.  Please bring a towel or yogitoes.
